Basic raw material-Dimethyl cyclosiloxane DMC/ dimethylsiloxane cyclic mixture
DMC is the primary form dimethyl cyclosiloxane made of dimethyldichlorosilane as the main raw material.
It's organic--inorganic compond with silicon-oxyen (si-o)as main chain by hydroly synthetic .
The primary form dimethyl cyclosiloxane molecular structure show the ring ,including hexamethyl cyclotrisiloxane (D3),octamethlylcylterasiloxane (D4), decamethylcyclopropenepentasiloxane(D5) (D6),and or D3 and or D4 and or D5and or D6 content are more than 50%. Colorless transparent or milky white liquid, flammable, odorless, insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents like benzene.
APPLICATION
This product can be divided into high viscosity, medium viscosity and low viscosity series. Used in the production of silicone oil and silicone rubber, etc.
[PRECAUTIONS]
The mixture of vapor and air is explosive. Fine dispersion can easily form explosive mixture in the air and static accumulation to ignite.
Avoid the fire hazard possibility by grounding, parallel connection or inert gas protection.
PACKING AND STORAGE AND PRECAUTION
1.200L iron drum (net weight 200kg/drum) sealed packaging. Stored in cool, dark,ventilated and dry place away from fire and heat. The storage place temperature should be not higher than 30°C;
2. No mixed storage with oxidants, acids and bases. The storage site should be equipped with appropriate types and quantities of fire-fighting equipment;
3. Prohibit the use of the mechanical equipment and tools that are easy to produce spark in the operation of this product. Handle gently to avoid spillage caused by container damage.
